12-week group programme for yoga and mental wellbeing

This is a supportive group space for people who want to explore yoga as a tool for mental health while connecting with others on a similar journey.

Through weekly sessions, we’ll explore practices such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a more supportive relationship with yourself. Each week introduces practical tools that you can integrate into your everyday life, helping you move beyond simply understanding your challenges to developing ways to navigate them with greater clarity and care.

My intention is to equip you with tools, knowledge, and practices that support your mental wellbeing long after the programme ends. It’s an honour to guide this process and to create a space where people feel supported, encouraged, and welcomed exactly as they are ♡
